Your COVID-19 response banner should be simple, letting people know that yes, you are open during the pandemic. Then, offer a link for them to read more about your coronavirus response.

Add a Page of Website Content 

You can give your customers an overview of any special precautions you are taking to ensure customer and employee safety during the coronavirus pandemic by publishing a page of content to your website. This can be especially helpful as Illinois and other states begin to slowly reopen, which can cause more confusion among shoppers and customers. Use this page to give only reliable information and keep the content updated as your business slowly reopens.

Communicate On Social Media

Customers are on social media more than ever nowadays, and you can get out information quickly via your Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Twitter feeds. Use this platform to advertise any changes to operating hours or to announce updates to your COVID-19 response.
