The way you interact with your customers, especially if your customer has an issue, plays a huge role here. Make sure that you answer any queries and solve your customers’ issues promptly. This helps you seem responsible and approachable. A happy customer translates to a happy business for you.

Encourage and Reward Your Customers

Use social media and other means to interact with your consumers and encourage them to leave reviews. You could also try offering them discounts whenever they leave a review. However, don’t ask them to rate your business positively. Rather, encourage them to post a genuine review regardless of whether it’s positive or negative. Whenever you receive a negative review, approach the user, and try to address and solve their issue. This way, you will have a chance to help the customer and possibly get the negative review removed or improved.
